Mark entry may be restricted if the exam configuration is incomplete.
Please ensure the exam has an active mark distribution (eg: CA/Exams) mapped to it and that the grade range is properly configured. Navigate to Exam Master → Marks → Grade Range, and verify that valid percentage limits are defined.
Once the exam setup is complete, mark entry will be enabled.
