If a page is in the wrong menu or a menu link is broken, go to Frontend → Menu → Menu List to update or reorganize the menu. To add a new page to a menu, first create it under Frontend → Manage Page → Add Page.
Make sure the Publish toggle is switched ON for the page to be visible to the public.
