To enable automated alerts, please go to Settings → Institute Settings. From the menu on the left-hand side, select Email Settings, WhatsApp Settings, or SMS Settings.
Here, you can enter your API credentials for SMS or WhatsApp and configure your SMTP settings for Email. This ensures that notifications for fees, attendance, and results are delivered to parents successfully.
