Certificate Generation Issue

If you are having trouble generating a certificate, please check the following:

  1. Ensure the student or employee is currently 'Active' in the concerned academic session.

  2. Verify that you have generated the right template under Certificate → Certificate Template → Certificate List.

  3. If specific data (like 'Date of Birth') is missing on the certificate, please update that information in the Student Profile or Employee Profile first.
